Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We currently offer free delivery on all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays caused by postal services or couriers are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
